Final Sale

All fulfilled Creative Disciple purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, change of mind, or other buyer-related reasons.

We encourage you to review all product photos, descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full before the order has been fulfilled. Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

To request a pre-order cancellation, contact us through our Contact page with your name and order number as soon as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Sizing

Our hoodies are designed with a relaxed, oversized boxy fit. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down. Because all sales are final, we are unable to exchange items due to incorrect size selection once an order has been fulfilled.
