3. Pre-Orders

Some items are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the item once it becomes available. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the order has been fulfilled. Once an order enters fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us through our Contact page with your name and order number.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged at the time of your order is final for that transaction.

5. Payment

We accept payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All fulfilled Creative Disciple purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, change of mind, or other buyer-related reasons. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Pre-order cancellations are eligible for a full refund as long as the order has not been fulfilled. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue appropriately.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product designs — is the property of Creative Disciple and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Creative Disciple is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
